The fireproof board countertop material should be basically non combustible material. Non combustible materials (also known as A-grade materials) can only be classified as non combustible materials if they meet the following conditions when conducting non combustible tests according to GB/T5464-85

一些無機(jī)板材(如氧鎂水泥板).雖然本身不會燃燒，但在火災(zāi)的高沮作用下.極易分解、炸裂失去結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度，有的還會釋放出大有毒氣體。因此，這些板材仍不能用作防火板臺面材。這就是我們防火板臺面材的作為防火使用的基本要求所在。

Some inorganic boards (such as magnesium oxide cement boards), although they do not burn themselves, are prone to decomposition, cracking, and loss of structural strength under the high pressure of fire. Some may also release large and most toxic gases. Therefore, these boards cannot still be used as fire-resistant tabletop materials. This is the basic requirement for our fireproof board countertop material to be used as a fireproof material.

(1)薄型防火涂料可按裝飾要求和涂料性質(zhì)選擇噴涂、刷涂或輥涂等施工方式。

(1) Thin fire-resistant coatings can be applied by spraying, brushing, or roller coating according to decoration requirements and coating properties.

(2)薄型防火涂料每次噴涂厚度不應(yīng)超過丹麥楓木防火板2.5mm,超薄型涂料每次涂層不應(yīng)超過0.5mm.須在前一遍干操后方可進(jìn)行后一遍施工。

(2) The thickness of each spray of thin fire-resistant coating should not exceed 2.5mm for Danish maple fire-resistant board, and the thickness of each coat of ultra-thin coating should not exceed 0.5mm. The construction of the next coat must be carried out after the previous dry operation.

(3)厚型防火涂料可選用噴涂或手工涂抹施工。

(5)厚型防火涂料每遏涂抹厚度圈線銅防火板宜為5 四季榆木防火板- 10mm，必須在前一道涂層基本干操或固化后方可進(jìn)行后一道施工。

(5) The thickness of the thick fireproof coating should be 10mm for each round of copper fireproof board applied, and the next layer of construction can only be carried out after the previous layer of coating is basically dry or cured.

(6)水泥系厚型防火涂料在天氣極度干燥和陽光直射環(huán)境下應(yīng)采取必要養(yǎng)護(hù)措施。風(fēng)化灰木層防火板

(7)防火涂料攪拌好后應(yīng)及時用完，超過其規(guī)定使用期不得使用。
