1．防火板材：一般情況下建議用6mm厚度以上的玻鎂板作隔墻板。

2．配件：6mm以上的板材固定在框架龍骨上，要用3.5200mm的沉頭螺釘固定，釘頭低于板面0.5mm，以便保證飾面平整。

3．安裝：開始安裝時(shí)，必須標(biāo)好龍骨的準(zhǔn)確位置，并作好記號(hào)。豎龍骨距離為450-600mm，墻體的連接處和門窗兩側(cè)安裝時(shí)要裝附加龍骨，如墻體高度大于2440mm時(shí)，須在板材連接處加裝支撐龍骨。

4．板距：相臨板材之間留縫距4-6mm，板材與地面之間必須留有5mm的間隙，螺釘安裝距為150mm，距板邊10mm，距離板角30mm。

5．吊掛：衛(wèi)生間或廚房間等吊掛重物處，必須用木板或龍骨加固，以免板材受到破壞。

6．接縫處理：在安裝時(shí)板材與板材留有間隙4-6mm，用107膠水或強(qiáng)力膠調(diào)勻后用刮刀涂抹板材及縫隙處，然后用紙帶或風(fēng)格帶粘貼壓平。

8．裝飾面貼瓷磚：在浴室、衛(wèi)生間、廚房、地下室等潮濕區(qū)域安裝時(shí)，如需在板面貼瓷磚龍骨之間的距離必須縮短到400mm。墻體每隔三塊板(約3.6mm左右)必須留有一條伸縮縫。

9．隔音墻體：如需墻體有較高的隔音效果，必須要求墻體和板材結(jié)合緊密密閉，再向空墻內(nèi)填充礦棉，如龍骨兩面采用兩種不同厚度的板時(shí)，隔間效果更佳。

10．抗沖擊墻體：建議您選用8mm以上的防火板或加一層板，第二張板須用長(zhǎng)一些的螺絲釘加固。這種方法可增強(qiáng)抗沖擊、隔熱、隔音效果和防火性能。
