一、是在水熱處理中，由于木材孔隙很多，導(dǎo)熱能力很差，因此熱量是由表面向逐漸傳遞，溫度也是由表面向逐漸降低，形成溫度梯度，這時(shí)如果加熱速度過快，就會(huì)出現(xiàn)木材表面部分溫度高，已受熱膨脹，而木材內(nèi)部溫度較低，未膨脹或膨脹甚少的現(xiàn)象，當(dāng)木材內(nèi)部的應(yīng)力超過了木材橫紋方向的抗拉強(qiáng)度時(shí)，就引起木段端頭的縱向開或是環(huán)狀開裂，嚴(yán)重影響防火板的質(zhì)量以及出板率。

二、是木段從煮木池中取出，如果冷卻速度過快，也是會(huì)產(chǎn)生同樣的缺陷，出現(xiàn)這種缺陷以后的木材會(huì)影響防火板質(zhì)量，導(dǎo)致防火板價(jià)格會(huì)受到較大的影響。
